Kendell Hershberger serves as a Crop Client Manager, supporting clients with dependable service and thoughtful attention to detail. She holds an Associate of Science in Business Administrative Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Education, giving her a strong foundation in organization, communication, and client support.

Though new to the crop insurance industry, Kendell is committed to learning the business thoroughly and providing honest, reliable service her clients can count on. She values building strong relationships and believes that clear communication and dependability are key to long-term success. Kendell takes pride in being a trusted point of contact and works hard to ensure each client feels supported and well cared for.

Outside of work, Kendell enjoys life as a new mom to her son, Easton, along with her fur dog, Oliver. She and her husband, Justin, stay busy coaching high school wrestling together. In her free time, she loves baking, spending time with family, and making the most of life alongside her husband.
